Our family stay in El Nido was made perfect by this hotel's impeccable service and facilities. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the shower had fantastic water pressure, a small but significant detail that did not go unnoticed. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness added a personal touch to our visit, making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious, catering well to both our tastes and our children's. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, and we're grateful to the team for making our family holiday so special. Thank you!
Don’t get me started on how bad the management is. If you want to enjoy your holiday, DO NOT book this hotel. I made the mistake and regret it terribly. The main reason to book here was their infinity pool which was shut for a whole week …
We only had day pass which is 600 pesos and 300 pesos consumables for F&B. View from pool and restaurant is spectacular specially sunset. Food portions are huge and also taste was one of the best El nido compared to anything we had for 4 …
This hotel has so much potential but unfortunately falls short on basic amenities. ||Pro: views, location, infinity pool, rooftop space, free delicious breakfast, friendly attentive staff||Cons: SMELL - every time we entered our room we …
The toilet was soiled on arrival, not properly cleaned. No water in the room, water pressure in the shower was weak so could not use main shower head, no hot water in the evening. Some people making heavy noise outside the room at 3:00 woke me up, reception could not explain what it was. By the sound of things they were hotel employees. Breakfast was very poor, quite limited selection for the price we paid. When I asked for some items 20 minutes before breakfast end, they said they have ran out of them, basically they were shutting restaurant down 30 minutes in advance.
On the positive side - rooftop pool, great view on lagoon but that was basically it.
Jameson in front desk did well. He was jumping front reception to conceirge. As well as the driver who pick us up and drop in the airport. (To the management please look after them. They are both GEM!) The shuttle driver is very honest and …
Very nice Resort which looks very luxurious from the outside! The Crewmember were so nice and friendly, the food was great! I think the food on the rooftop was really good!
The ocean view is fantastic and the infinity pool makes it even more perfect.
They made a great Silvester Party on the roof top which I really enjoyed.
What I didn’t like was that smell in the whole resort. The smell in almost every elevator was gross. Trying to use some kind of vanilla perfume wasn’t a great choice. Also the room was kind of moisty all the time.
Also the room were way to small for three and a child.
The room was almost every time a mess because there wasn’t enough space. And the room was always dirty, the floor was always wet. We ordered two extra floor towels but that wasn’t enough.
Great views and beautiful location but other then that it’s a health hazard and a logistical nightmare.
Went with a group and upon reaching the hotel was informed they only had rooms for half the guest. We booked way in advance months ago and paid in full. We were finally given rooms after 3h but it was way below what we paid for. The room we were given was too small for the 3 of us as we had requested (only two single beds) and the balcony was facing a wall…
Room was so dirty and our feet was black from walking around for 5min. Had to use wet wipes to clean down the room ourselves.
Sewage is discharged directly into the ocean, thus having a really bad smell outside the restaurant balcony. Horrible environmental damage and absolutely disgusting if anyone is thinking of swimming on the beach.
Do not recommend for the price you are paying.
